Private Room in Gonzales

Private room with queen-sized folding bed and 32” TV. Guest bathroom is steps away in the hallway. House location: minutes from Lamar Dixon Expo Center & Tanger Outlet mall, 20 minutes from Baton Rouge, 40 minutes from New Orleans (Airport) and within a 50 mile radius of all major plantations/attractions. This home is in a quaint new neighborhood in Gonzales, and just minutes from the interstate. Fenced-in backyard for those with pets. The space Front door has key pad access. Each guest will have their own personal code. Upon entering, the main area includes the dining room, kitchen, and living room, with access to the fenced-in backyard. The guest bedroom is located off to the side in a private hallway, steps away from the full guest bathroom that is reserved for our guests. We have another guest bedroom that may be reserved at any given time, so that should be kept in mind that the bathroom may be shared. We have two dogs, but they will be kept up & away unless you are comfortable with them out. You are free to bring your dogs (we have our own two Aussies), but we will require an additional cleaning cost. We keep air purifiers running, vaccum constantly, etc to provide a hair free environment (I have sisters who are allergic to dogs and they visit me often.) Guest access You will have full access to your bedroom, shared access to guest bathroom, access to fenced-in backyard, and shared access to dining area and kitchen. I do ask that you let me know in advance before using the kitchen. Coffee will be fresh in pot each morning. If needing to store items in fridge, there will be a shelf reserved for you (as well as an area in the pantry.) If needing clothes washed, please let me know, and I can wash them. I wash with natural detergent, and do not use dryer sheets due to fragrance/chemical intolerances. If there are EVER any questions of what is accessible, please let me know. During your stay We will mostly be in main living area when we are off from work. We will keep to ourselves unless you would like to engage. Feel free to talk if you want to have conversation or just solely to ask questions. I want all guests to feel free to have open communication with Tyler & I! Other things to note NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. This includes NO SMOKING/VAPING inside or outside on the property including vape, cigarettes, marijuana, etc. If any evidence of smoking has occurred on the property (inside OR outside), guest will be charged extra deep cleaning fee to ensure all smoke smell and toxins are removed from the premises or to replace the linens and potentially furniture. The host has family with severe respiratory problems and lung cancer. This is a very serious concern. You will also be asked to leave immediately. All dogs must be kept in crate when you are gone from the room. Please ask before using kitchen. Please ask if you need laundry done.
