The space This one-bedroom guesthouse (plus comfortable pull-out couch / bed in the living room) has a full kitchen with everything you need, a breezy screened-in porch with an infrared sauna, a private back area with a fire pit, an outdoor swing, and plenty of room for wandering. A train runs right past our property a few times a day and you will hear it. Guest access Guests have the whole cottage to themselves and a private pergola with a fire pit. Guests can also wander the land and walk down the hill to Historic Deerfield. Driveway is shared.
