Farm stay in Marion

Plenty of room to spread out on a 12 acre farm-like setting. Access to a 1.5 acre spring-fed pond full of eager bass and bluegill, fishing gear, 2 kayaks, and life preservers. Feed Jesse, the pony, a few of our supplied treats or play with any of the very friendly farm cats. It is located just outside of Marion, Iowa and 20 minutes or less to any part of the Cedar Rapids area. Prospect Meadows is one mile north. The space The guest house is a fully finished space. It has all the comforts of home in a large metal building on our property. In 2022 it was completely remodeled. The spacious rooms have 10' ceilings and the central air and in-floor radiant heat keep the space cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The floors are covered with luxury vinyl with a wood design and the craftsman style white trim is complimented by the farm and antique theme. Guest access You will have access to the guest house, the yard on the east side of the driveway, and the pond area. Two parking spaces in a heated garage are also available for your use. Other things to note Cross Country Skiing and snowshoeing is also allowed on the property, although we do not have the equipment for this activity.
