We are ideally tucked away between busy Kaanapali and elegant Kapalua, close to the action but removed from the crowds and noise. We are family-friendly with a children’s pool adjoined to the adult pool. Our two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse style unit has direct ocean views from our two lanais. The kitchen has granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, glass electric cooktop, microwave, and countertop convection oven. It comes fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. There is a washer/dryer in the unit with its own hot water heater. Covered parking is conveniently located right outside our door—no need to drag groceries or bags across parking lots, through lobbies, and up elevators! Our unit is ideal for families or couples as each bedroom has its own bathroom. We completed a remodel in 2017, including new tile flooring on the main level, new tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new master bath vanity with granite countertop and wood cabinet, new master bedroom furniture, new TVs in living room and master bedroom, new ceiling fixtures, and new paint throughout. A/C was installed throughout the unit in March 2020. Our family is excited to offer our condo to you.
