Other things to note a) This unit is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only. b) Tenant may host one guest for one period of up to one week during the rental period. LL PREAPPROVAL REQUIRED. Specific dates and full guest information must be provided to the LL in advance. c) A guest fee will be charged ($25/night). d) Tenant must be on the property at all times that the guest is on property. At no time shall the guest be unattended in the studio or anywhere on the premises.
