Smoking is not permitted indoors & please no fragrances/scents, etc. The property is on 1.0 wooded acre on a quiet, less-traveled suburban street. Parking is in our driveway at no cost. Guests may use the kitchen sink for water and microwave, and can use our outdoor deck and sunroom, weather permitting. Entry and exit from the house is through the front door with a unique passcode after check in. -Hosts have had COVID vaccine + booster shots -Unless discussed otherwise, check-in time on weekdays is 3:00pm. On weekends, check-in times in AM hours is permitted (just let us know ahead of time). Our non-smoking home on a quiet residential street includes wooded nature views and is just minutes from New York City train line stops, Morristown, Morristown Airport, northern NJ colleges, Route 78, The Great Swamp, and more.
