Guest access You have use of the entire condo, private veranda and 2 reserved off street parking spaces for your stay. Public access to pools, outdoor shower at beach entrance, grills and out door dining tables as well as 2nd floor sun deck loungers with elevator access. Other things to note We are located between the 2 recently renovated buildings (formally the Royal Hawaiian and Ocean View Motel) that now are part of the Madison Resort in Wildwood on East Orchid Road, Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260 Historic Cape May & Congress Hall is 6 miles or about a 15 min car ride. Our HOA does not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25. Catholic Churches: Assumption is 2 blocks or a 7 min walk from our location. Our Lady Star of the Sea in historic downtown Cape May is about 15 min from our property. The stained glass windows there are well preserved and a must see. Contact us for seasonal discounts!
