Modern Camper

Enjoy your stay in this newer model camper located on private property conveniently situated 2.5 miles from I-12 and the Juban Crossing shopping center. TV includes Netflix, Prime Video. (Free movies only, please.) Equipped with stovetop, oven, fridge, and freezer, you’ll be able to cook and store your meals on-site! The space 27 foot 2020 model travel trailer tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the privacy of your own kitchenette, dinette and living area with a separate bedroom featuring a queen size bed. The built in couch in the living pulls out to reveal a twin sized futon and the dining table and benches convert to another sleeping space. Outside of the camper, there is a small children’s play area. Use at your own risk. Additionally, there is a picnic table available for outdoor eating. Guest access You will have the whole place to yourselves; however, our home is just across the driveway. We do have an American bulldog mix but the very limited time she is outdoors she has on a shock collar and cannot pass onto the area where the camper is located. Other things to note The shower is a camper shower so no long luxurious showers, lol, and the hot water is limited. You will have to rinse, shut off the water as you lather, then rinse. The stove and range run on propane and the toilet is a camper toilet.
