Lakeside Haven with Amazing view and Location!

Escape to a million-dollar view at our charming 3-bdrm lake house, nestled on the shores of Lake Quinsig. Despite the serene surroundings, you are just a short drive from downtown Worcester, where you can explore local shops and restaurants or maybe enjoy a concert. Ideal for families, friends or couples seeking a getaway. The space Single family home with parking for 5 cars. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Master bedrooms boasts gorgeous view of the lake with a queen size bed. Second bedroom has a full size bed and third bedroom is a queen size bed with a pull out twin size trundle. Master bedroom is attached to bathroom but is also accessible for the other 2 bedrooms. On the main floor we have a queen sleep sofa. Main floor of the home has a half bath where the washer and dryer is conveniently located. Beautiful updated kitchen. Large living area with comfortable couch and large TV! Lower level has a large sectional, a bar, full bath and walks out to a gorgeous deck with an incredible view. Built in grill and pizza oven are out there as well. Amazing for hanging with friends and family. Guest access Single family home. You will have access to the entire place. We have dock space as well if interested in docking your own boat or jetski. We also have 2 kayaks on the property that you are welcome to use. Other things to note We have 3 small children and a dog and absolutely love this house but like to make families aware that we do not have ample yard space. If your dog does not like to be walked on a leash to use the bathroom this is not the house for you. If you are smoker, please dispose of cigarette butts accordingly! There are trash barrels outside for your use. Families with small children, we do have gates for safety but as you can see from the photos there are a lot of stairs on the back of the house leading down to the water and the property itself in the front of the house is close to a main road.
