Due to new local and state laws, we are now a 90+ day rental. The bathroom is complete with a steam shower and is located on the first floor en-suite to the master bedroom. Upstairs, find a loft-like area with luxury kitchenette including Nespresso machine, microwave, traditional coffee maker, AppleTV (streaming services available like Netflix, abc, HBO +) and more. Onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles. There is no full kitchen, no cooking allowed. Other things to note The upstairs loft and lower level bedroom and bathroom are not internally connected. There is a covered porch/doorway between the two spaces. Please park your vehicle in the driveway directly in-front of the guesthouse. Please lock your vehicle. We use Lysol and Clorox products in all areas of the bathroom, kitchen and surfaces and disinfect all soft surfaces. Our guesthouse, while private, shares property with the main house.
