Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with plush Nectar mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Three bedrooms include en suite bathrooms for added privacy and comfort, while the twin trundle room and two full-size bedroom share a beautifully outfitted bath featuring a luxurious jacuzzi tub. Guest access As guests of The Manor, you can access the first and second floor - living room, study, sun room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor spaces as well as the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms. In the summer, you will have access to a private pool as well as grounds. There is access to laundry through the kitchen. Other things to note ⭐️ LOCATION: The home is located on a distinguished row of historic mansions near Route 7, providing easy access to nearby towns and top Berkshires attractions. Expansive grassy grounds and mature trees create a peaceful buffer from neighboring properties. The town center—home to bars, theaters, and restaurants—is just a short walk or drive away. ⭐️ PETS: Small dogs may be permitted with prior owner approval. No dogs under 2 years old and no multiple pets. Please reach out for approval before booking. A $100 pet fee applies if approved. ⭐️ POOL: The pool is open seasonally from May through October, with opening and closing dates dependent on weather conditions. • June 1 through Labor Day: Pool is heated to 82°F at no additional cost. Guests wishing to maintain a higher temperature may do so for an additional fee—please contact us in advance. • May & after Labor Day: Pool heating may be available, but is not guaranteed, for an additional $150 per day. Advance notice is required to ensure availability. • Heating above the standard 82°F between June 1 and Labor Day is available for an additional fee—please inquire for pricing and arrangements. ⭐️ PARKING: Circular private driveway with space for multiple vehicles. ⭐️ HOME FEATURES: The Manor is a charming historic residence with unique character. While there is no central air conditioning, each bedroom is equipped with either a window unit or a mini-split system for guest comfort, with the exception of the twin trundle room. ⭐️ DAMAGE PROTECTION: Your reservation includes a $20 accidental damage insurance fee, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind. If any damage occurs, please notify us so we can arrange timely replacements for the next guest.
