The space Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach getaway perfectly located steps from the beautiful Salisbury beach. This 2nd floor unit comfortably sleeps 4 people with one queen size bed and a twin bed with a trundle bed underneath (so 2 twins total) as well as a pull out sofa with a full size mattress. This open concept apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave and a gas stove. 1 bathroom with a shower with tub, clean linens for all beds and clean bath towels are provided for guests. 2 complimentary parking spots are also included. The space also includes a private front deck - perfect to relax after a day at the beach. Newly added Central Air in 2024! Cleaning- Our cleaners take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations ( all doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables etc.) This unit is a short car ride to Hampton Beach, a premier resort town in New Hampshire boasting a wide variety of activities for all ages (nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, fireworks and more) and is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. Also locally are the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. FYI- Beach chairs, toys etc. are not provided at the house. Please bring your own or contact local rental service for these items! Guest access The whole second floor of this 2-family home and it's appliances are yours to use. Includes TV, internet and WiFi access. Private unit with 2 entrances for your unit and 2 parking spots on the right side of the driveway. Other things to note **The apartment is equipped with high-speed internet and a SmartTV which allows you to access your favorite streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Xfinity Stream etc.) There is no cable at the cottage. **For larger groups, please inquire about renting both first and second floor of the cottage.** **Sorry, We do not allow any pets** **Quiet hours 10PM-7AM as it is a residential neighborhood** **Must be 25 years old to book** **Absolutely no smoking / vaping inside the home- there will be a $500 charge for smoking in the house** ***We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance.
