We are 3 1/2 Blocks from the beach (between C St. and D St.), centrally located, and walking distance to most local favorites. *Please read rules and description before booking. We are so happy to have you as our guest. Please note, there are two homes on the property which are completely separate dwellings with their own private entrances. (This listing is the back home.) The back deck lies between the homes and provides plenty of space and privacy to feel more like neighbors than a shared property. The backyard is reserved for the back house at all times and the driveway is reserved for the front house only. For larger groups, please inquire about dates to rent both homes to enjoy the entire property. Location: Just 3 ½ blocks to the beach (about a 7 min. walk to the beach) and centrally located in town. The home is walking distance to some of the Jersey Shore’s hottest nightlife and local restaurants. Surrounding towns include Asbury Park, Bradley Beach, and Point Pleasant. About the house: The back cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower only), and a open concept kitchen and living room. We have 1 queen size bed, 1 full size futon, and bunk beds with a trundle for plenty of sleeping space. What we provide: To make sure your stay is as comfortable and easy as possible, we will have (almost) everything covered. We include shower toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, toilet paper, 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels, linens, and a full kitchen (microwave, stove with cookware, toaster oven, ect.), 2 beach badges and 2 beach chairs are provided. *Beach badges are required from 9am-6pm weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends. Children 13 years of age and under are free. Daily passes available for purchase.* Rules: Max 4 guests per home unless discussed prior to stay is strictly enforced. We have outdoor security cameras to protect our guests and our property and if this rule is ignored, there will be a fee of $150 per guest. There is a zero tolerance for loud parties, smoking on site, and/or disrespectful behavior to our home. Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. NO PETS Guest access Free street parking. When you arrive, walk down the driveway to the back house. You will have full access to our private backyard and the entire back house.
