The space Well appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 sq. ft. condo has an 800 Sq Ft wrap around lanai. Located near the 11th hole on the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. Pool and Spa, Gym, Tennis Courts, BBQ Grills located throughout, Koi Fish ponds, and beautiful grounds. Other things to note This home has two queen beds in the guest bedroom and one king in the primary bedroom. We prefer to host no more than four guests at a time; however, we may accommodate up to six guests comfortably for an additional per-person fee. If your group includes more than four people, please contact us prior to booking so we can provide updated pricing. For guests staying over two weeks, we must do an interim cleaning.. That includes washing all bed linens and towels. We love hosting families. Please help keep glass doors and windows from sticky handprints and drawings to avoid additional cleaning fees. Window cleaning is a separate service, and is not included in the listing price. We do provide Windex for your convenience.
