Private entrance gives freedom to come and go at your leisure. A fenced in patio area, grill and yard space that includes a comfortable hammock. The space This is a private, basement apartment. We live in the house in the upper two floors. There is a private entrance and beautiful fenced in backyard, patio and deck areas that are available and shared by us and other guests. Guest access Guests only have access to the apartment but may share the outside areas, patio, deck, with us and other guests. Other things to note We are one mile from the Long Branch beach and the local train station is located minutes away. We are located across the street from Monmouth University, only 4 miles from Asbury Park, 20 minutes to Red Bank and 10 to Monmouth Mall and Monmouth race track.
