The host is an interior designer, so everything about the interior of this place has been thought out. IShady back deck with table for 8 and large grille. Large open side lawn. Guest access You would have access to the whole house except for some closets and one room on the first and second floors. Your space includes downstairs mudroom, living room, dining and 2nd living space (with TV), large kitchen and half bath with washed/dryer. Upstairs you would have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you want to rent the 4th bedroom upstairs, there is an extra fee of $75/person. Other things to note There is a fourth bedroom on the second floor with a queen bed (Note: it is also my office). If you want to rent it, there is an additional fee of $75/person. There is also an air mattress and a sleepable sofa for an 8th person.
