This room features a newly installed heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling! Most guests report the house staying very quiet. However some guests report being bothered by noise (doors opening/closing, walking sounds, thumps, etc) that is part of the communal living experience. We do have quiet hours that begin at 11pm and ends at 8am. Guests are allowed to use the shared spaces during quiet hours, as long as they can do so quietly without disturbing others. We also provide ear plugs for guests. Lewis and Clark neighborhood is safe and south-centrally located. There are many things to do within walking distance: Hike mount Sentinel via Lewis and Clark trailhead. Work out at YMCA (8min walk). Walk through Bancroft Ponds natural area to Patty Creek Market (13mins). Run on the Spartan field track (across st). Walk to Drum Coffee for refreshments (5mins).
