EARLY CHECK IN FEE: $10 payable in person upon arrival if ya arrive before 5pm! Front bedroom. 11’ x 12’. Not next to bathroom. AC Can only be operated when Guest is actually occupying the rm. Can be pre-cooled upon request. A budget room for 1-3 nites. We can’t have Guest(s) who stay in their room all day or hang in the house. Only 1 bath. The space 2 story duplex located midway between NYC & DC, :25 near Philly. NOT CLOSE TO NYC! Decent size front rm bedroom. Street parking. No kitchen Use! No laundry. *Please Short showers as we’ve only 1 bath/toilet!* Let us know when ya need to shower: eve or morn. We can shower another time or @ the gym; we’re flexible! Guest access Front bedroom. Living room. Patio in back yard. No other spaces unless approved & paid in advance. During your stay Work FT but available by cell, email, text or msg system. Other things to note Early check-in fee $10 if you want to arrive before 5PM! Please be mature, tidy & mindful of house rules & hosts’ schedules. Finally, this is a real house : we have ongoing DIY projs. We do as time & money allow; your visits fund these projects. Consider giving extra $ or round up to the next $.
