Everything is a short walk, Ala Moana Center, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, International Market Place, Waikiki Beach, Convention Center, & lots of restaurants/shopping The space 🌈It's a 361 sq ft studio on the 20th floor with a kitchenette, bathtub, A/C, and lanai (balcony.) Besides the comfortable king size bed, there is a couch that folds out to a full-size bed. 🌈The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a meal. There are pots/pans, knife set, cutting board, spatulas and other cooking utensils, microwave, rice cooker, and a mini fridge. 🌈We provide shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron and ironing board 🌈The beach is walking distance and takes less than 10 minutes by foot. You can walk through the beautiful Fort DeRussy to the beach. There are 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie board, and 2 beach towels 🌈The lobby of the building is beautiful and Wyndham has done an excellent job of remodeling recently. There is also a Media/TV Room off the lobby, and a concierge desk to help you with your plans. Guest access In building PARKING INFO: The best thing about Waikiki is that everything is walking distance. You only need to rent a car for the days you want to venture out to other parts of the island. Parking is available in the building for $50/day and is not included with the room rate(as most hotels in Waikiki). If you have a car and want to park, you can coordinate with the valet and front desk people when you arrive. CASH ONLY！ another option:Metered parking outside is $3/hour. GETTING AROUND: Bike sharing stations “Biki” are available all around. Check with front desk for trolley rides and public bus routes down the street. Uber and Lyft are also used regularly around here. I recommend only renting car explore the entire island. Everything else is walking distance or easily accessible by bus, Uber, or Lyft. Other things to note Royal Garden Waikiki is a Condo Hotel shared by both private owners and operators of Wyndham Vacation Resorts. Some amenities at the hotel are limited to Wyndham guests ONLY: TV Media Room's pool table & Hotel Business Center. My guests are welcome to use the pool/sauna and BBQ area on the ground floor, as well as a fitness center and free laundry (located on the 4th floor). Guests don't need to check in with lobby staff unless you want to use the amenities, you'd need to check in with security and obtain an access card (Must return to security when check-out). ⭐1. Please turn off the A/C when you go out ⭐2. There are no garbage disposal, so please do not throw any food waste into the kitchen sink. Do not throw anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. ⭐3. No party,no pets, no smoking ⭐4. About how to deal with garbage: there is a garbage chute on the left end of the hallway when you walk out of the room ⭐5. Please NO SAND in the condo, please clean up before you are back ⭐6.
