The floors are heated, the wifi is strong, there's a small backyard to play Be sure to read the "other details to note" section, where I list all the drawbacks. Guest access You have your own side entrance with a smart lock. The apartment is at your disposal, aside from any locked closets. Other things to note A few things to keep in mind: - Our sound insulation isn't the best, so you will hear noise from the family upstairs, especially little ones running around. Expect to be woken up around 7 AM unless you've previously adapted to living in an urban apartment. - Absolutely no smoking or vaping - this is a non-smoking property. - Beware of a grumpy-looking skunk that occasionally visits our yard late at night. No one has been sprayed yet. - Feel free to help yourself to some of the fruit and flowers in our garden if you find any, but please leave the pears for us! - We have a child with a nut allergy living upstairs, so please be careful to clean up any nuts before you leave.
