There is a common area in the front with two picnic tables. Lavallette is a lovely, family-oriented, coastal town along the Jersey shore. There are charming shops, great restaurants, two ice cream parlors, a Catholic and a Nondenominational church, a Wine and Spirits shop, a farmer's market, a discount liquor store, a gym, a Quik Stop, a Dunkin' Donuts, a Rite-Aid, an Acme, and a miniature golf course. Our place has one assigned parking spot. It is usually easy to get parking spots in front of the house or right around the corner. All of the aforementioned places are walking distance with the exception of Acme, the farmer's market, and the discount liquor store which are a five minute drive.
