This apartment was lovingly restored maintaining it's historic charm, but with modern touches. The space - 1 Queen bedroom, 1 queen murphy bed, 1 full pull out that has a blow up in it. - 2 Roku Tvs - Equipped kitchen - Coffee and Tea The space has an open feel with two separate sleeping areas. The kitchen/dining room area has two separate seating areas. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room area has a murphy bed and a pullout full mattress. Because there are two separate areas for hanging out, the living room can easily be converted to a sleeping area. Parking is included offsite in private lot an another street about two minutes walk away. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to this second floor apartment. Other things to note The property has been carefully restored, but it was built in 1830. Floors are a bit uneven or creaky, you might here some footsteps. Additionally, you are staying in an apartment not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and out of respect for neighbors in the building quiet hours are after 10 pm, especially when entering and exiting your apartment. If any problems arise, we will do best to take of them as quickly as possible. We are located right in downtown, which is perfect for enjoying Salem. People have remarked on how oddly quiet it is considering the location. But, we have also been reminded with the sounds that we are, in fact, in a densely populated urban area and it is not the right place for a peaceful, serene getaway. Parking is included in an offsite private lot. It's about two mins walk away on a different street.
