Awesome two bedroom home!

Come unwind in our clean and spacious home. It sets in a quite community in a safe little town. It has almost all the amenities of home from cozy beds, fully furnished kitchen and laundry. On one end is the master bed and bath that has a queen bed, small sitting area, double sinks,stand up shower and large soaking tub. The other end has the second bed and bath witch has a full size bed, single bed and tub/shower combo. There is a comfy living-room and work space. Plus a nice big porch to enjoy. The space —-The property doesn’t have much yard space so we cannot accommodate large work trucks, larger trailers, boats or equipment. There is covered parking for two normal size vehicles. —There is no outside yard space for children to play but is in walking distance to a park, basketball court and seasonal splash pad. —This is a small neighborhood with children playing outside, people walking and pets so we do ask that you drive slow. — There are cats in the neighborhood If they are to get on the porches and are bothering you feel free to nicely shoe them away. Note that they are NOT ALLOWED in the home. (Allergy Alert) — This house has outdoor surveillance cameras only and the neighborhood is patrolled regularly by the town officers. — This home is pet free. Guest are not allowed to bring any kind of pet.. This includes the inside and outside. (NO EXCEPTIONS) —There is to be no smoking of any sort inside the home. There are ashtrays provided on the porch. (DO NOT PUT CIGARETTE BUTT ON THE GROUND) Guest access Guest are allowed to use any part of the home as long as there is not a lock on it. They can use both porches and the two car carport. Other things to note —The space is a pet free and Smoke free home. Guest that choose to ignore this rule will be charged what ever it cost for a professional company to come clean the home. —There is no parking for large work trucks, trailers, boats or work equipment. -All trash must be bagged in a garbage bag before being put in the outside can. (DO NOT PLACE AN LOOSE CUPS, BOTTLES OR BOXES IN THE OUTSIDE TRASHCAN.)
