Located in the heart of Dunlap Iowa, this home features 2 bedrooms (one with king bed & one with queen bed, plus additional twin air mattress), pack-n-play & high chair, bathroom with tub/shower combo, onsite washer & dryer, dedicated office area, fully-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room with two recliners and love seat. All the amenities of home and more! The perfect place to kick back and relax! The space The entire house, garage, patio, and backyard are completely yours during your stay. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire house excluding the basement. Save your vehicle from the elements and park in the garage. Plenty of off-street parking in the driveway. The backyard extends from privacy fence to privacy fence clear back to the creek. Other things to note Our goal is to provide an exceptionally clean and safe stay. I (Jessica) personally do all the housekeeping and I take a lot of pride in providing guests with an excellent experience. ALL bedding (including mattress pad) is stripped and washed between bookings. ALL surfaces sanitized. ALL rugs and towels washed. And NO cleaning fee! Smart Lock codes are specific for each booking. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in each bedroom. Outdoor security camera over garage door to watch over driveway. Plus, lots of extra amenities!
