The W. Reading House is a newly restored landmark home located in the Historic District of Lambertville. It is just a block away from everything Lambertville has to offer: antique shops, art galleries, quality restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, bars, as well as the D&R Canal Pathway. A 10 minute stroll will get you across the scenic bridge over the Delaware River to enjoy the vibrant town of New Hope. The space When taking a break from exploring Lambertville and New Hope, there is everything you need to relax: a brand new AC system keeps the entire house temperature controlled, a peaceful second floor balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, a manicured backyard with overhanging lights to enjoy a glass of wine, or relax with friends in the family room. It’s a perfect space for a friends or family getaway, girls weekend or to work remotely for a change of scenery. Downstairs features a beautiful living room, dining room, full kitchen, powder room, washer, dryer and a private office which includes a sleeper sofa and a view of the garden. Upstairs features a lounge with a game table and smart TV with access to the private balcony that invites you to relax with a good book or have an afternoon nap with a cool breeze from the ceiling fan. There’s a private master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and a third bedroom with a twin trundle bed with an extra pull-out mattress available. The full bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. Guest access Access the home through the front door with a digital lock. Guests will be given an access code the day of arrival, which makes for an easy self check-in. There is metered street parking available at front of the home, and free street parking available starting one block away. Other things to note - The fireplace is not available for use at this time - This is a space for those who value a quiet and serene atmosphere. There is a shared wall with neighbors, so no loud music or partying is allowed at any time, but then, there is no need to bring the party home - there is so much to enjoy nearby in Lambertville and New Hope! - This is a Pet Free and Smoke Free home - We take satisfaction in our guests' enjoyment - if there is anything we can do to make your stay a five-star experience, we are only a text away!
