Northeast Queen room.

Need a place to stay? This spacious room is just what you need. Only 1/2 hour east of Newton and 3.4 miles off Interstate 80, you will appreciate the homey atmosphere and affordable place to stay. The door to the hallway has a number keepad deadbolt and handle. Please see the pictures of outside remodel. The space The room is spacious. Has a dresser and closet. It is at the top of the stairwell and to the left a little and on the right. It is across from the second floor bathroom. Guest access You will have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, fridge with filtered water in the door. There is a 1st floor bathroom as well. Upstairs has total of 4 bedrooms and another bathroom. During your stay Sometimes I am there during check in, and other times I am at work. You will be able to text me questions to get answers if I'm not on site. Other things to note I have been remodeling this house for 3 years. The inside is mostly done with little projects here and there to complete. The outside is still a work in progress finishing up porches, trim, soffit, fascia, and gutters. And the yard next year.. The house has a wonderful front architectural design, and in time will shine, but for now, if you can see past this construction, we welcome your stay. On another note, the house is old... you will hear the floor and stairs creak when people walk, plumbing when it is used, the sounds of nature and weather and the train 3x day close by. If you are sensitive to those things/noises, it won't be the best choice. If you have challenges pop up during your stay, send me a text first so that I can get it resolved instead of Airbnb because they aren't there to help.
