My husband and I only live minutes away from the house. You’ll be able to reach either one of us quite easily through a call or text. The neighborhood is quite peaceful. There is an island of grass that separates the street. It’s a green space. The street is a bit narrow when cars park on the street. It offers a bit more privacy as you see cars passing only one way on the street. The garage is extra deep. And the offstreet parking is wide enough to hold two extra cars. Some people do park on the street. And the traffic has to go by slowly to pass the parked cars. Therefore, it is not a high speed traffic area.
