Private bdrm/ bath w/brkfst in quiet Cape Cod home

My home is a sunny & spacious New England Saltbox located in a quiet neighborhood in E. Harwich. It abuts parkland w/ beautiful hiking trails & swimming ponds directly from the back yard. Great for exploring nature & bird watching. The ocean/Red River Beach is 3 miles away. Enjoy the private back yard & deck overlooking a horse barn/paddock. Also there's an outdoor shower for that true Cape Cod vibe. This property gives one the feel of being in the woods/country, yet the beach is minutes away. The space Guest space consists of 2nd floor, spacious, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and use of a private bathroom. There are window A/C units throughout the house and in the bedroom. Fresh brewed coffee, bagels, eggs, and fruit will be available in the kitchen each morning. Beach chairs are available for use, and there is parking in the driveway. I have a medium breed, Norwegian Elkhound dog who is young, energetic, and loves meeting new people. Guest access This is a owner occupied home. Shared spaces include the entrance, dinning area, outdoor shower, and yard. Use of the kitchen is available for simple requests. Downtown Harwichport offers a lovely "main street" feel with shops, galleries, and restaurants. Additionally, there is a major grocery store, and a pharmacy within a 5 min drive from the house. Harwich is a great mid-Cape location with easy drives to neighboring Orleans, Chatham, and the National Seashore. My home is also close to several wedding/event resorts such as Wequassett, Wychmere, Chatham Bars Inn, & Ocean Edge; as well as golf courses such as Cranberry Valley & Harwich Port Club. Other things to note Although very clean, this is not a hypoallergenic house, as there is a friendly dog on property.
