This stylish, centrally located one-bedroom guesthouse is your homebase to experience Asbury Park – the State’s premiere cultural destination - known for its abundance of music, art, fine restaurants, bars/lounges and of course its beautiful beaches! The space The home is 2.5 blocks to Asbury's downtown and Train Station and a short ride to the beach. The house has a full kitchen, full bath, 43" Smart TVs in the main room and bedroom, a bar area/breakfast table that comfortably seats 4 adults. Queen size mattress in the bedroom and a futon couch which folds out to a double bed. The apartment has its own private balcony for you to enjoy. Your stay includes a beach package for (2) people to use during your stay, which includes: - Two Asbury Park Beach Season Passes - Two Tommy Bahama Backpack Beach Chairs - Beach Towels - Beach Cooler The rental provides well-lit OFF-STREET parking for (1) vehicle on the property. (Please note that all items must be returned or the full cost to replace the items will be charged + a $40 inconvenience fee for time spent obtaining the items.) NO PARTIES - This is not a venue. As per AirBnb Policy and City Ordinance, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Guests found hosting a party will be ejected immediately without refund. Maximum Occupancy (2) Reviews and Refunds: It gets very busy during the summer season and soon as one guest leaves, we are working to make sure that the apartment is ready with everything the next guest needs. Due to this, sometimes we are not able to get to writing reviews. Please plan your trips accordingly as we are unable to make exceptions to the refund policy.
