Bungalow Blue is the perfect spot for a cozy, relaxing beach get-away. Centrally located in the Bradley Park section of Neptune Township, our home is just 1 mile from the nearest beach, as well as 1 mile from the shopping and dining districts of Ocean Grove and Asbury Park. Our little blue cottage has been lovingly designed and stocked with all the essentials for your next visit to the Jersey Shore. New for the 2025 season, we will be providing 6 season passes to Bradley Beach beaches. We also The space Bungalow Blue is a freestanding single family cottage, located on a "flag" lot set back from the street in a quiet residential neighborhood. The space includes a bright and sunny enclosed front porch, a small dining area and sitting room, a living room with a large sofa and 65" smart TV, a newly renovated kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a half bath with laundry. Sliding glass doors lead to the huge back deck with a bbq grill, dining table for six, and sectional sofa. Our goal is to make your stay here as enjoyable and seamless as possible, and we have worked hard to stock Bungalow Blue with everything you need for a perfect vacation! All beds are made up with fresh linens for each guest, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided as well. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper and hotel size conditioning shampoo, bar soaps, and hand soaps. We like to cook, and we have strived to stock the kitchen with all the essentials for home cooked meals with family and friends. Dinnerware, utensils, and glass ware are provided for up to six guests. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving platters, baking sheets, measuring cups, toaster, blender, coffee machine, you name it, we probably have it! Disposable items we stock include ground coffee, sugar, tea, assorted spices, salt and pepper, olive oil, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, napkins, and tissues. There is a good chance your plans here include a trip or two to the beach, and Bungalow Blue is stocked with six backpack beach chairs and beach towels to take along with you. New for 2025, we will now also provide 6 season passes to Bradley Beach beaches! Guest access Guests have access to the entire interior and exterior of the property, with the exception of the basement, which is locked and used for storage. There are two private parking spaces in the driveway, which are also exclusively for guest use. There is also free parking available on the street should you need it. The only visitors you should expect are our landscapers who come by weekly to keep things green and tidy! Guest access to the house is by smart lock through the front door. Every guest will be provided a unique access code which is only valid during their stay. This is one of the many ways we ensure our guests feel safe and secure in their new home! Other things to note We have 4 security cameras on the exterior of the house for added security. It should go without saying, but there are of course no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the home. The exterior cameras are not actively monitored, but are available for our review in the case of an emergency.
