No drones. - No shoes in the condo as Hawaiian tradition with aloha - Quiet 9PM- 9 AM Air Conditioning cooled pleasantly to seventy one degrees. towels, linens and cookware must be returned and accounted for in clean useable condition. Pick up Parking pass at Security Desk in Lobby. Parking on site Daily rate is eighteen dollars daily charged subject to change by resort upon check in. Late arrivals pay the next day. Parking fee is non-refundable. Park in the UPPER street level lot only or vehicle may be towed. Linen fee may apply if not returned in original condition or needs replacement due to excessive damage. No sand in unit or down the drain or in the washer/dryer. Clogs in pipes are caused by sand. Two hundred fifty charge+ for plumber visit charged if needed. All garbage and recycle must be thrown away. Maid does not do dishes or handle excessive garbage as an additional one hundred dollars will be charged. Air Conditioning can be adjusted to a comfortable seventy one degrees. *Pandemic Note: No Covid refunds. We recommend you take out travel insurance. It is recommended guest takes out insurance for their stay. Please make sure to take all personal belongings with you upon departure. We can not be responsible for items left in the condo during or after your stay.
