If you do not want to access this room, you do not pay for it. This is a clothing optional portion of the property for adults. The reason we encourage clothing optional, when the doors are closed, is because clothing tends to carry detergents that get into the water and contaminate it. We check the safety of the water prior to every guests arrival to ensure you have a clean, sanitary, comfortable experience when renting the hot tub room. HOT TUB NOT ACCESSIBLE ON THE MORNING OF CHECK-OUT. ROOM IS LOCKED AT 10 p.m. every night It features a light up, 90 high powered jet, 7 person hot tub with a seating area for dining and cocktails and 6 person surrey bicycle! All towels, beach bags, beach cooler and 1000 watt plug in stereo system and a full size propane gas grill and cornhole. Ice bags in freezer right on the property (for purchase). Certainly, you may rent the home without the optional Hot Tub Room which may not be available for your stay if water conditions are not safe for bathing or weather does not permit ( such as a lightning storm). No payment for hot tub room is required if not available for your stay. No refunds are given on home rental for non-availability of Spa Room. Walk 2 blocks to the right and you are at the Ocean Beach with Ocean waves and lifeguard just off the boardwalk. Walk right down the street and you are at Historic Gardner's Basin with AC Aquarium, the Back Bay Ale House, and the Gilcrest (a locals favorite for very casual waterfront breakfast). Free Parking on the street behind the house and Free Parking in the Driveway as well for up to two vehicles. Walk to Ocean Casino or take the jitney bus around any part of the the town for $3 which stops directly on the street in front of the house 24/7. Walking distance to five City parks that offer basketball courts, tennis courts, outdoor bbq and running tracks. Walk 1 block to miniature golf course, with brand new pickleball courts and basketball courts right next door to mini golf. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, sun block, ice and other amenities are available right on the property for purchase . Add a personalized banner to your stay that will be hung prior to your arrival, additional fee applies. I clean my own property from time to time and have a severe allergy to animals. PLEASE NO PETS OF ANY KIND. We may request and require a government issued I.D. for all check-ins, separate and apart from any I.D. you may have previously supplied to AirBnB. You must be 21+ to reserve this home. Guest access ADD A 5th BEDROOM IF NEEDED. Guests will have access to the entire home, but not the hot-tub room or The Loft if not reserved prior to arrival, paid for, and release signed. Hot Tub Room is an additional $200 per stay ( up to one week ) payable upon arrival when release is signed and you inspect the room in person. If you pay upon arrival, there is no guarantee of availability, if you pay in advance, you are guaranteed the use of the room. The Loft (based on availability) is an additional fee per night. No one under 14 years of age is permitted in the hot tub area. The guest that makes the reservation must be the guest present at check in. Guest count can not exceed 8 guests, or there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night, up to 13 total, HOWEVER, NO ADDITIONAL BEDS ARE ADDED FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS ABOVE 8! By renting this property, you agree to allow the host and/or his authorized agents as well as Law Enforcement Officials to enter the house at ANY TIME after the conclusion of the rental period, even if the home is occupied past check out date and time. TVs are streaming TVs. You must have your own account to use them or watch free services. TV IN EVERY UPPER LEVEL BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM. WE DO NOT ALLOW PLUG INS FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES OF ANY KIND. Other things to note No Pets of any kind please. What ever you smoke, please smoke it OUTSIDE! There is an additional $250 cleaning fee for evidence of smoking or pets. We will provide a very clean home when you arrive and appreciate your cooperation with these two strict policies. In addition, please do not leave dishes in the sink, dishwasher or uncleaned any where in the house. Dishware should be cleaned and put away or there is a $100 fee added after departure if we have to clean or put away any dishes left behind. DO NOT SMOKE INDOORS. Person booking home agrees to be responsible for any charges incurred during the stay from any guest accompanying renter. Essential fees, ice bags, and toiletry fees will be billed to the renter upon check out. Renter agrees to pay for any items used, opened or missing without having to give consent to AirBnB to charge for these items.
