This private room is the perfect place to start exploring the North Shore of Massachusetts, which is beautiful, historic, with fine old towns, beaches, whale watching cruises, museums, and lots more to see and do. Easy access to Salem, Marblehead, Beverly, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Ipswich, Gloucester, and Newburyport. Just 30min to Logan Airport and Boston. Less than 1 mile away from 3 Swampscott beaches and 4.5 miles from Nahant Beach. Easy access to Uber/Lyft and public transportation nearby. The space The room has a king-size bed, small refrigerator, and a 65in TV with many streaming services such as Netflix, Peacock, Paramount+, Amazon, Apple TV and Hulu. The home has 1.5 baths, shower is shared. It also has a large and tranquil backyard with lawn furniture that you are welcome to use. Free on-street parking is easily available across the street. Access to the home will be given via a door code for the front door and a room key for your room. I work from home so am typically in my home office all day and when I am you are welcome to use the living room as well. I welcome travelers of every race, gender expression, and planet of origin. Guest access Generally guests keep to their room but you are welcome to use the kitchen and backyard at any time. Your room has a refrigerator, microwave and independent climate control. During your stay I work from my home so I am available for questions as necessary. I have two dogs who may be curious about you, so if you are not into pets please do not book here. Thank you! Other things to note I have two very friendly dogs who will want to get to know you. Please keep this in mind if you are allergic to animals. However, if you love dogs they will keep you company and make you extremely happy! Also very familiar with traveling nurses or surgical technicians and they are more than welcome to book extended stays for their work at local hospitals and medical centers.
