The space The first floor includes a kitchen with an open floor plan to one of the two living rooms. There is a second living room with a TV and big Pottery Barn sectional great for lounging. The dining room includes a workspace with a stand up desk. There is also an office on the first floor, with hookup to a monitor available for your use, and a laundry room stocked with detergent and softener. Four bedrooms are on the second floor: the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and master bath, 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and 2 bedrooms with one twin bed each. There is a second full bath on the second floor with a tub and shower. A pack and play is available, just ask! Note that the second floor bedrooms (labeled #2 and #4 in the photos) both have new Pottery Barn bedframes, we will be posting new photos soon! We did a gut renovation of the basement 2 years ago, putting in two large windows to maximize light, a bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining bathroom (with tub and shower), and a large lounge area with a Pottery Barn couch, TV, and an additional twin bed. The house is stocked with plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen necessities, etc. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house, driveway, and backyard. The backyard includes a covered patio with dining table for 8, lounge furniture, swing set, and grill.
