Sunkissed by the Seas is a stylish & romantic getaway vacation condo of your dreams! This Air BnB has been recently renovated from top to bottom and gives you a posh Boutique Hotel feel. This up to date modern condo is the perfect place for an adult respite (only kids 6 yrs & up). Special attention was given to the unique amenities you don't often find included in other properties in the area. Just take look at our pictures, read about the space and most of all read all of our reviews. The space Located just 5.2 miles from the center of the City of Cape May and its soothing beaches, this small but vibrant condo was professionally renovated and decorated (appliances included). We have overthought the amenities and included everything we feel that is missing from other Air BnB’s. Special attention was given to the amenities you don't often find included in other properties in the area. From the vast choice of coffees & teas, complimentary snacks, sodas and water, the comfortable queen sized beds, flat screen tvs in each room, beach towels, and even a parking pass to park for free in a city parking lot in Cape May. It is the perfect rental for a small family of four, a group of four friends, or a romantic getaway! Occupancy and Kids: We ask that you do not exceed 4 guests. This is not a house for small children. The 13 step stairs are steep, only have one handrail. There are many breakable items staged throughout. Well behaved children 6 years and up are welcome. Kitchen: Cook to your heart's content in the completely renovated, modern-inspired kitchen complete with cookware, tools, spices, built-in microwave, Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker (8+ kinds of coffee, 10+ kinds of teas provided at no charge), toaster, refrigerator with ice maker (sodas & various flavored sparkling water provided at no charge), 4-burner electric range, dishwasher, and deep sink with multi-function faucet. Also enjoy the tasty year-round restaurants less than a mile away. Living Room: Curl up on the couch or the loveseat while watching movies on the home’s brand-new wall mounted 70-inch 4K flatscreen television, ready for bingeing any streaming service you have an account with. The coffee table opens up to a desk and inside there are games provided for your enjoyment. There is a JBL Bluetooth speaker provided so you can listen to music you would like to stream. Work remotely (if you have to) with free, fast, WiFi from Comcast throughout the condo. Laundry Room & Powder Room: Laundry room has a full sized stackable washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided. There is a small powder room attached with an attached motion sensor light (turns on & off by itself). Beach towels are provided (one per guest) and included in cleaning fees. Two (2) rain umbrellas are provided just incase the forecast calls for inclement weather. One (1) beach umbrella is also provided. Bedrooms 1 & 2: Sleep like royalty in one of the two bedrooms that include queen-size beds. The bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans, mirrored closet doors, large closet space, room darkening shades, usb wall chargers, and brand new wall mounted 65-inch 4K flatscreen televisions. Linens are provided and included in cleaning fees. Master Bathroom: The master bathroom (located on the second floor) is modern and has a glass enclosed shower. The motion sensor light (turns on & off by itself). Towels & washcloths are provided (one per guest) and included in cleaning fees. ****Please note there are extra personal hygiene supplies (toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, razors, shaving cream, q-tips, etc) supplied in case a guest forgets theirs**** On-Site Parking: There are two (2) parking spaces provided for guests. One is labeled D7 and the other is labeled G (guest). No more than two (2) vehicles are allowed to be parked in the parking lot of the condominium. Other vehicles will have to be parked on the street. Guest access We ask that you do not exceed the number of guests that the reservation was booked for stay at the airbnb during your stay. If you expect more guests to stay with you during your stay we respectfully ask that you reach out to us to discuss adding more guests to the reservation for additional fees associated. ***PLEASE NOTE: We only allow children over the age of 13 years old to with you in the airbnb as the condo is set up for adults*** Other things to note Offsite Parking in Cape May: There is one (1) parking pass included for parking at a reserved parking lot in the City of Cape May. The parking located at the end of Bank Street which is one block from the center of town and four blocks from the beach.
