Beautiful private home and yard well taken care of to host small to intimate parties. Not necessary for an overnight stay but with background checks, I may consider it. Event charges depend on the size and type of event. No loud music and a shutdown time of 9:30 for music. Home is in a quiet neighborhood, at some time, events must shut down. There are rules that must be followed to use the pool. I am open to professionals using my home while on business and at parties at additional cost. The space This is a suburb and allows professional a great quality of life. Easy access to NYC and the tri state. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and yard for your comfort.
