The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Walk to Trout Run Trail, or connect to the 100's of trails in the Palisades, grab an Impact Coffee and do some shopping, all within a 10 minute walk. The space We purchased this home as a real fixer upper! We have 99% of the house complete from top to bottom, but I feel that a home is never really "finished." It has been a labor of love, and its been a pleasure to share this with our guests. We recently learned from the Historic Society that a prominent Woman Dr. was one of the first owners of the home in 1902. We suspect that she saw patients right in our house! Not only was she a trailblazer has a woman Dr., but also as a woman homeowner. Guest access We have blocked access to half of the basement area where the guts of the home are. Should you have any issues please contact us and we will have it resolved! Other things to note **We are dog friendly and do not recommend anyone with pet allergies to stay in this home. Our cleaners are great, but they cannot completely illuminate dog dander and hair from fabrics and our HVAC system! **1 pet is allowed per stay and must be approved prior to check-in.
