Large Private Room on Separate Floor

Guest has the floor where bedroom is all to themselves. Room is in South NJ. You will need a car. 25 min drive to Philly & 10 min drive to the Patco train. 15 min to Route 295 and CH/Voorhees. 10 min to the Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine, Kennedy & Virtua Hospitals. Perfect for medical rotations. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood. The space This very spacious guest room is in a townhouse in Clementon, NJ, close to the Lindenwold stop of the PATCO high speed rail system. We’re very close to Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, Rutgers University's Camden campus & RU @ CCC. Though the rec room doesn’t have windows, it's a spacious fully finished room that is very well lit. Window is in adjacent laundry so a bit of light & air can flow. The room is a very spacious, reasonably quiet, finished rec room w/a full sized bed w/a new foam 8” mattress, a clothes dryer rack & rail, a dresser, bookshelves & a large desk and chair. Another cabinet is there for storage. There is a hdtv tv in room & the house has wifi. The room is private, on a separate floor (basement). Would make a perfect place to stay for a student or resident on rotation or short term study/mgmt @ the local colleges or med schools. The house and room are clean & neat. Smoke-free home w/central a/c & heat; fan is available as well. You will use a full bathroom on the 2nd floor. There's also a 1/2 bath on 1st floor. I'll provide all sheets, comforters, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. There's a full laundry room you can use. Parking is in a lot in front of the townhouse. Please use Guest spots only, not Reserved spots. Guest access There is a powder room on the 1st floor, a full bath on 2nd floor, and back porch. The deck in the back is quite nice w/ a great view of the wood/stream where deer & wild turkey visit. Kitchen use is limited to the sink, refrigerator, microwave and very light stove use. Please feel free to use the refrigerator and freezer (but leave us room) and to use plates, cups, bowls and utensils. There is a dishwasher but no garbage disposal. Most guests eat out or get take out/delivery. During your stay Though I don’t live there and work most week days I am available by phone, email or text. My mother lives so she’s there much of the time. CoHost/Daughter stays every 10 days or so overnight to keep tabs on Mother. Other things to note We don’t approve guests who aren’t AirBnb members. If you need to have an overnight visitor, please get our permission, then pay the Extra Guest Fee. We have air mattresses for the room. WARNING: if you torrent or download copyrighted mp3s, etc, I will provide your info to my ISP & police. I already got 1 notice & do not want another. We have a cat! She will probably avoid you, but if you are allergic, I wouldn't stay here! Great, cheap restaurants, brewpubs and breweries in area. Great teaching salon in area that has discount spa and salon services. Shore/beach 1 hour away, NYC 2 hours away.
