This raised style house in Bayou Saint John features a fully private second floor 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a chef's kitchen. You can walk to everything with no need for a car, and if you drive, off-street parking is available, complementary during Jazz Fest. The space The spaces included: 1. Living Room 2. Dining Room 3. Hall with a Piano 4. Hall Bathroom with a Clawfoot Tub 4. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Commercial Grade Range and Hood 5. Sunroom behind Kitchen Peninsula with Bar Seating and a Full-Size Futon Bed 6. Front Bedroom with Queen Bed 7. Middle Bedroom with Private Bath and Walk-in Shower, Full-Size Bed 8. Round Bedroom with King Bed 9. The Front Porch with a beautiful view of tree lined Ursulines Avenue. Guest access Guests will have access to one parking space on the driveway as an add-on. Guests have use of the front porch with seating, and the entire upper level of the building. Guests should use the second door back down the driveway to access the interior stairway. There are usually two free parking places directly in front of the house on our quiet street. Other things to note Licensing: Your reservation here is secure! We hold one of the few currently issued NSTR lottery licenses in New Orleans. On 02/28/2024, the City of New Orleans won a federal court case which allows the city to implement strict regulation of residential short-term rentals. There are hundreds of listings on the AirBnB platform that currently operate on expired or fraudulent licenses, and the city has promised to enforce the new ordinance against these unlicensed operators. Allergy warning: The unit sometimes hosts dogs, and both a dog and a cat live in the unit below. The cat may visit you on the front porch, but please don't let him in.
