Bathroom is a portapotty located at the very front of the property. A flashlight and shoes will be needed to walk to it during night time hours. This is a canvas bell tent, which is weather proof, but not climate controlled. Queen air mattress is provided with listing. If additional mattress arrangements are needed, please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate. Pond sis not fenced off. No swimming, ice skating, etc on the pond. Fishing permitted, but must practice catch and release. Host lives on the property in a house near the tent, however we do work, so are not always on site. We will do our best to help and accommodate in whatever way we can. Please be respectful of our home. This is a farm. Uneven grounds, bugs, grass, mud, and other wild animals should be expected. Please plan and pack accordingly. This is a working farm. Blueberry picking will be available for additional fees late June - early August. Farm work may occur during your stay.
