Stroll to the beautiful, world-renowned beaches, dine at delicious local restaurants, and shop at charming boutiques. South Maui's main surf break, the cove, is just across the street. Relax by the pool or use the grills, and unwind in the spacious condo with cool AC and a full kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views. The space There will be roof repairs and solar install summer of 2025. This work will be limited to weekdays 8 to 4. The roof is 5 stories up from the condo and there have been no noise issues inside during this work, but there will be some noise and activity on site. As hosts, we love the convenience of this central location and all that it has to offer. I make a habit of viewing both the sea and Haleakala volcano from the lanai while enjoying my morning coffee. We can't wait to share it with you and help you make the most of your stay on the island. There is a comfortable new king bed in the spacious bedroom and a new pull out queen sofa bed to accommodate additional guests in the living room. There are AC units in the living room and bedroom. The private double lanai is great for dining, relaxing, or people watching. It spans the entire condo from the living room to the bedroom. The bathroom has a bright walk-in shower with no tub. The kitchen has ample counter space, breakfast bar, and full size appliances to flex your culinary skills. There is a stacked washer and dryer inside the unit. Please note that access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. This is also an older building with charm of old Hawaii such as Jalousie style windows. Kihei is centrally located on Maui, and it is easy to do day trips to the west side, Hana, up country, and Haleakala. Check out Maui Wave Riders for beginner surf lessons right across the street at the cove. There is a dive shop, restaurants and bodega down stairs. Mauka of the building (mauka means towards the mountains), is South Maui Gardens. This area has amazing coffee shops, pizza, food trucks, and occasionally live music in the evenings all embedded in a beautiful garden setting.
