Cozy Studio in Historic Ipswich, MA

Our cozy, quiet and centrally located studio guest suite has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Historic Ipswich. Amenities include a washer/dryer, kitchenette, private full bath, free Wi-Fi and free parking. It is an ideal base for year round fun at the Crane Estate, hiking and is a 15 minute car ride to beautiful Crane Beach. The Ipswich Train Station is a five minute car ride away with service to Boston. Close to 2 Farm Stands and larger market. The space The studio has a separate entrance from the owner occupied main house with parking just outside the door. There is a full size bed, a private full bath, washer and dryer, microwave and induction cooktop, a breakfast nook, Refrigerator, air conditioner for summer use, and bathroom supplies including towels. The space is off the road and in a quiet neighborhood. Guest access This is a guest suite with a private entrance. It does share one wall with our main house. We respectfully try to keep noise to a minimum. During your stay We are available to answer any questions or make suggestions and may bump into you as we come and go. Other things to note Our property is near hiking trails, farm stands, Crane Beach, cross country ski areas, a small winery, Salem,MA and many other historic attractions. It is beautiful in all seasons.
