Located just three miles north of downtown Bozeman, Montana, Cherry Creek Guest House is a rustically luxurious 4 bed/3 bath home featuring a spaciously air-conditioned comfortable interior, incredible mountain views and beautiful yard with hot tub and fire pit. With a view to the East Gallatin River and Bridger Range of the Rocky Mountains, you’ll feel as though you are in the Montana wilderness while abundant shopping, fine dining, recreation, and entertainment are just around the corner. Originally built in 1956 with a stunning renovation, this 3200+ square foot home offers truly memorable lodging. From the artistic slate and Douglas fir timber flooring to the vaulted ceilings with reclaimed wood beams and expansive picture windows to the mountainous view beyond, this space is something everyone should experience. The home accommodates up to eight people with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The upper level is dedicated to the master suite with two exterior decks overlooking the East Gallatin River. This suite features incredible marble floors with an expansive walk-in shower, luxurious soaking tub, king size bed, smart TV, and DVD player. The main level features two queen bedrooms with smart TVs and two bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower and the other with a shower/bathtub combination. Off the lower living room is a third bedroom, with a king-size bed and smart TV. There is an optional 5th bedroom, accessible from the dining room, which features a gas fireplace, stellar view, queen bed, twin bed, smart TV and poker/bumper pool table available for an additional fee only to those renting the main guest house. Please contact owner for more information. The renovated kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for vacation cooking. In addition to dishes, utensils, and cookware, you’ll find the necessary large appliances, coffee maker, crock pot and blender. A washer and dryer are adjacent to the kitchen for convenient laundry access. The rustic dining room table will seat eight comfortably with a spectacular view and there is ample outdoor seating as well. The gas barbecue grill is located in the secluded back yard for outdoor cooking. The home has two separate leisure spaces including a cozy sitting area by the natural gas fireplace and a lower living room with large screen TV and DVD player, huge picture windows and glass doors looking out to the yard and mountains. There are five smart TV's, enabling guests to watch the provided Sling programming or access personal subscription sources. There is an extensive DVD library along with games and books in the main living area. Recreation, fine dining, hiking trails, plus abundant shopping and entertainment are only minutes away. Cherry River, the closest fishing access and trail system, is a half mile drive down the highway. Ample local brochures/maps are provided. A little piece of history, in 1806, William Clark and Sacajawea passed by this property on the way back to re-join Meriwether Lewis after their historic journey west. UBER and LYFT are active and reliable transportation sources in this area. A workstation with monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer are provided. We reside in a separate home east of Cherry Creek Guest House and are available if needed but will completely respect your privacy as we know you will respect ours. We prefer to communicate through the reservation conversation but provide our phone number if needed.
