Beautiful very spacious historical house in Salem

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A few minutes walk to a multitude of great restaurants, shops, galleries, the witch house, ghost and witch tours, trolley tours, Salem ferry, Pickering wharf, Salem witch museum, witch dungeon museum and a few minutes drive to Salem Willows and the house of the seven gables. All three bedrooms that are on the second floor will have AC units from mid June till September. The space You will have the use of a very spacious first floor and second floor that includes three bedrooms, one living room, one dining room, two full bathrooms and a room with a ping ping table. My wife and I live on the 3rd floor but it is completely separate from your space and it has a separate entrance and the only time you might see us is when we pass by your entrance outside. The house is heated with two brand new forced air gas burners and cooled via window AC units mid June till mid September. The first floor does not have air conditioning but 99% of the time is is very comfortable and cool and on the extreme and rare hot days, open windows and fans work great. Guest access You will have your own separate entrance to the entire 3,000sf of the first and second floor. Other things to note There is no off-street parking. This location is a residential parking zone and guests can park on the street in front of the house and display a city of Salem guest parking pass.
