Kitchen with full size refrigerator, large sink, microwave, single burner, pots, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster,steamer pot, and other essentials for meal preparations. A variety of tea and a fresh bag of island coffee provided. A fresh seasonal tropical fruit basket welcomes you. Studio just upgraded with a brand new SlumberWorld super comfortable high end queen mattress. Studio gets a thorough cleaning and all linens, pillows and towels freshly laundered between guests. No maid service. Should something not met your expectations I'll be happy to do what I can to make amends. Your satisfaction and enjoyment is what this experience is all about. Although there's absolutely no traffic noise from the studio, property is actually on a main road making it easily accessible. You got your own private location away from main house but I'm easily accessible on same property and can easily be reach for assistance, suggestion, conversation or helpful hints. Quite, cool, safe and close to everything in Hilo town ( by car). Centrally located from main attractions in Hilo: Hawaii Volcano National Park is 30 minutes uphill, Mauna Kea is 45 minutes up Saddle Road, University of Hawaii less than 3 miles down the road, Imaloa Astronomy Center 1.5 miles away, Numerous Waterfalls, Botanical Gardens and Park beaches all a short drive away. Also very easily accessible from the island's famous Saddle Road'. Haihai street is on the main public bus route. A rental car is still the ideal way to get around on this Island and allows you the freedom to check out all it's attractions at your own pace. Plan on renting a car to make it possible for you to get around easily. I have a couple of cars for rent for some reason you are unable to obtain one from the airport or the price unreasonable. Studio is situated on same property owner lives on but privately tucked in a corner full of tropical greenery and shrubs giving it a jungle feel. Small foot path leads to studio, parking a few yard away but still on property. A very safe and secure place even for a sole traveler; an area where locking your car and the studio is optional.
