Relax with your whole family at our peaceful, tropical home. Our home is on 9 acres of jungle. The home is filled with local art, a fully equipped kitchen, beach equipment, fruit trees, and a large lanai (patio). We are centrally located on the east side of the Big Island between Volcano Nat. Park and Hilo and just a few minutes off of highway 11. Fully equipped with everything you will need. Let us be your home away from home in Hawaii! The space Open floor plan, high ceilings and ceiling fans allow for optimal air flow. Private! Filled with color, local art, and unique one-of-a-kind pieces. King bed, full bed, 2 twin beds, toddler bed, 3 Japanese style floor mattresses, and single person cot available for sleeping accommodations. Can hold up to 11 people. Toys, games, high chair, pack and play, beach equipment, coolers, and extra floor fans available. Large lanai, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, conversation, dinner, and games. Surrounded by fruit trees and tropical jungle! Guest access Access to the entire house, beach equipment, yard, lanai. Other things to note Hawaii charges accommodation and excise taxes. These are included via Airbnb. All permitted, legal airbnbs in hawaii island will have these. The breakdown is below for guests understanding. Transient Accommodation County Tax 3%, Transient Accommodation State Tax 10.25%, and General Excise Tax 4.5% Total tax is 17.75% These taxes are on the nightly rate only. Pets: Pets are allowed; however, the ask is that they must stay outside. Kennel available upon request.
