Whispering Pines on the Kootenai, riverfront cabin

Secluded, custom 640 square foot riverfront cabin on the Kootenai River, nestled against the national forest with scenic mountain and river views. Beautiful moonlit nights, year round Blue Ribbon fishing, and lots of wildlife. Rustic interior, sleeps 4, river views from most windows, firepit. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch watching the eagles and other wildlife or fish from the riverbank. If you really want to get away and disconnect, this is the place for you. The space One bedroom, one bath cabin with loft bedroom space sleeps 4 in 2 queen size beds. Kitchen with everything you need to prepare basic meals including pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, blender, toaster, microwave and drip coffeemaker. Open living space with river views out most windows in the cabin. Washer and dryer in cabin for guest use. There is no wifi in the cabin but wifi is available outside main house on the property. There is a smart tv in the living with basic antenna reception and DVD player. You can also plug in your own phone or other device to watch previously downloaded programs on the TV. Guest access The cabin, surrounding area with firepit, stairs and riverbank Other things to note There is no reception or WIFI at the cabin. Most of the surrounding area also does not have cell reception so you will need to print or screenshot your directions before arrival. With Verizon (other networks may work also but Verizon has been tested with multiple users) you can get enough signal on the riverbank to send and receive texts, make phone calls and receive basic notifications. Tents are not aloud in the yard area. We have an automatic sprinkler system that comes on during the cool, early mornings. .
