Washer/dryer included as well as a kitchenette. The space This is a top corner floor studio condo. It is about 450 square feet in size. It has a great deck overlooking a bamboo forest. The condo is a short 5 minute drive to several beautiful white sand swimming beaches and a 10 minute walk to lovely Wailea Beach. You can also walk to the Shops of Wailea and all the beautiful high end Wailea resorts. Please note that this unit does not have a full service kitchen - just a kitchenette - please refer to photos. Guest access The whole studio space is yours to enjoy alone. The condo grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the golf course is just a few steps away. When we got tired of the crowds at the beach, we came back to the community pool which was clean & peaceful. It is a very short drive to some very nice beaches. Grand Champions is a great location close to the beach and shops. Having the owners on island is a big plus. We had a very minor issue and Tamara handled in a few hours.
