You will fall in love with this cozy and quaint little cottage as soon as you step inside. It is steps from the beach, allowing you to scoot outside at the last minute for the sunset. Outside, you can hear the ocean while you relax on the hammock or enjoy the shade of the large tree in the back yard. Enjoy making smores in the fire pit. Cook up some burgers on the portable grill. Inside, enjoy the newly renovated home. Refurbished original hardwood floors and a new washer and dryer. The property is just steps from the beach entrance with a nice front and side yard and a very large back yard. The back yard has a large deck and a fire pit. We also have bicycles for you to use. The home is very cozy. The master bedroom can easily fit a pack and play or small mattress for little ones. The second bedroom is a bit small. The sun room has a large tv and a fire place. It also holds a comfy couch which also is a pull out sofa. We just had new windows installed in the sunroom! (2022). The home is located on a dead end quiet street. You will see some foot traffic around sunset though!! You will have access to the entire home except for the attic. We live right around the corner. We are always available to answer questions or give suggestions about the area! The home is the last home on a quiet dead end street. There is room for 2 cars to park in the drive way and free street parking. The only traffic you will see is foot traffic for the sunset!!! We provide bicycles to get around the area! Because of tight parking in Cape May, a lot of people choose to bike down (around 3 miles) to town. The lighthouse is about one mile from the home and Sunset Beach is about .5 mile walk on the beach or about 1 mile car ride. At the home, as stated before, there is enough room for 2 cars in the drive way and free street parking. SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED!! Please bring your own!!!! There is a queen bed in the master, full bed in the second bedroom and a queen size pull out sleeper sofa! There are dish rags and towels.
