Just 3 minutes to Porter Square (Red Line), with easy access to Harvard (8 min), MIT (14 min), and MGH (~20 min door to door). Lesley University, grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The room is spacious with great natural light. Each floor has three bedrooms and one shared bathroom. You will have a spacious room with a full bed, a working desk, and a built-in closet. During your stay, you can also enjoy the access to the shared kitchen (fully-equip), shared bathroom (3 people max), and a cute shared porch where you can enjoy a book or a weekend brunch. The room is on the second floor next to the shared kitchen, so please expect some light noise from foot traffic when other tenants walk by. I have a quiet hour policy (10pm), and I heavily screen my tenants to be respectful and quiet (no-party) working professionals, research fellows or busy grad students. But since it's a shared house, if you are very sensitive to noise, I recommend you to consider booking an entire place instead of a shared space.
